I am currently a Professor of Telecommunications Engineering at the Professional School of Electronic Engineering at the National University of San Antonio Abad in Cusco. My research focuses on telecommunications economics, network theory, and innovative business models, with applications in 5G and 6G networks, as well as the Internet of Things (IoT). In addition, I explore emerging technologies, such as Network Slicing and game theory, applied to mobile networks.
Previously, I received my Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications from the Department of Communications at Universitat Politècnica de València , Spain. Also, I hold an Electronic Engineering degree from the National University of San Antonio Abad in Cusco , an M.Sc. degree in Strategic Management of Telecommunications from the National University of San Marcos , and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Valencia . I have worked on research projects in Spain (Universitat Politècnica de València), France (IMT Atlantique), and Peru. I have also taught at the Salesian Polytechnic University.
Academic Editor at Wiley for the International Journal of Antennas and Propagation, contributing to the peer-review and editorial decision-making process. Author and co-author of scientific publications indexed in WoS and Scopus in high-impact international journals, and scientific reviewer for editorials such as IEEE, Elsevier, Wiley, and Springer Nature. Member of the IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc).
